Sleep Paralysis and these so called demons

I see plenty of articles describing how sleep paralysis is related to the demon and or spiritual world. I have had quite a few experiences going in to it.
My first experience began when I was young in my teens. I do have to say that it was one of the scariest things that I had ever experienced.
I actually believed that I had been abducted by aliens at that point.
When you are paralyzed there in your bed you suddenly fear the worst. There is nothing you can do. The more you panic the more scarier it gets and you can not break the paralysis.
I also did theorize later of the possibility of ghosts and supernatural beings but I have since changed my outlook. It is a very uncanny feeling when you're in this state.
I have been able to calm myself and release my mind to go in to OBE. I've floated and everything was fine. It was peaceful.
In my experiences, it seems that it was my mind creating the so called supernatural entities. My mind was using everything I knew and threw it at me.
That's what the brain does when you begin to fear the worst. What is the worst thing that can be recalled from your memory? How about a clown? I had that appear once when I was paralyzed.
I'm not afraid of clowns in real life but knowing the fact that most people are, my brain will produce this scenario.
Other things that I've seen in paralysis are duplicated people.
The worst may be the fact that you can not see an enemy but you can feel that it is there. I now believe that it was my mind that created that.
People are theorizing that this realm holds spiritual guardians. They are supposedly protecting the realm from intruders.
Whatever happens when you get in to this state, you must remain calm. There are ways to prep your yourself so that the outcome is positive. People call out for angels and protectors and it seems to work for them.
I do not believe in spirits and ghosts but I do think that our minds are capable of extraordinary things.
Perhaps this is a way to communicate with each other. A basis for ESP?
I know that for some people, sleep paralysis is very traumatizing and has become a problem for them. I hope they figure out a method to be rid of it.
For me, I welcome it. I can actually induce it. It fascinates me and it may solve other questions as to why we are here or what is the bigger picture.

Playing with Binaural Tones

I've tried the Binaural tones for two days. It does have some affect on me.
I've noticed that afterwards I felt dehydrated as if I had gone to get a massage.
I would have to agree that it is very relaxing after you figure out your volume settings. I had kept it on the lowest possible volume where I could faintly hear it.
It caused me to calm my body faster than normal. It felt as if I was going "under" quicker.
My heart beat was slower.
I am probably going to avoid listening to it solitary. I may use the ones that have some form of abstract music with the tones in a subtle matter.
I kinda feel as if I do not need it.
I am able to put my body to sleep and calm it very easily at this point.
Now it terms of triggering certain things that is something else. Perhaps I will have the tones go off at a certain time where I'll hear it in my sleep to trigger "lucidity".

A kind of intro ( and vibrations)

I have been conducting sleep experiments on and off for a while now. I am not going to necessarily explain how I do certain things but in time you will know. There is plenty of information out there if you want to start doing this. I'm merely free writing here. And please excuse any non -consistency of subject matter here (I may go all over the place).

One of the reasons why I started doing this was because of the book 'The Holographic Universe' by Michael Talbot.
One of the stories I recalled was about people with multiple personalities. One person, when they switched to their alter, their eyes actually changed color.
I was amazed by that. What else is the human body capable of doing?
What if you could re-grow a lost limb at will? And yes, it has happened.

So I started on a mission to explore this. I was mostly interested in enhancing the body - making it healthier and stronger from inside your mind.
Reprogramming yourself.

What I typically have been doing in my lucid dreams is working with scene manipulation and people. I used to change scenes by going through a door. Now a days I am able to just 'turn around' and change the scene from the 'inside of a building' to 'a park'. The mind can only take so much when it has been used to rules most of it's life. If you do it wrong, you shock the mind and then it wakes up.
I also play with memory focus in the lucid realm. I try to put up many different numbers up on the sky and keep track of them.
And yes, the language part of the brain does normally shut down in sleep mode but you can train it to be active.
Before I even go into any 're-programming' of the body, I have only been doing simple tasks in the dreamscape. I am trying to prep myself so I can stay in longer and have better control.
Imagine if you could do work while you sleep! Your body wont tire out but maybe your brain would. Who knows. What if you could write music here and then recall all the instruments from a symphony back in the real world?

One of the aspects that intrigued me later were the vibrations. When one goes in to sleep paralysis you feel and hear a low vibrational frequency all over your body. My guess is that this is the gateway or instruction that must be created to pass through to the next parallel plane. Some people describe this as a way to the astral plane ( and to O.B.E).
My body 'falls asleep' but my mind is completely awake now.
There is something in these vibrations that affect the human body.
I have recently been researching 'binaural' and 'isochronic' tones which are used in therapy for all sorts of things. They can enhance health, promote meditation and also release dopamine and create euphoric states. Some of these soundtracks are also used to elicit 'lucid dreaming'.
These vibrations / tones are like commands.
When I had tried some of the 'binaural' tones it made me very relaxed. I could feel my heart beat slower and I could almost feel myself go in to the pre 'sleep paralysis' set of vibrations from my own body.
I have noticed that people are talking about the 'Earth's vibration' affecting sleep as well. I will explore that in due time.
I don't know where I am going with all this info yet but I will attempt to experiment with the 'binaural' beats for the purpose of going lucid more often. I do practice 'reality checks'.

I have so many experiments that I want to do.
I want to see what the body is capable of and I want to travel more on the 'Astral Plane' but that is a whole other story.

At some point I'm gonna scan in a map of how the parallel planes look to me.
Anyway, until next time.
